RAG Engineering & Archive Summary

Historical archive notice: direct commercial e-commerce sales on hvelectronics.co.nz ceased in 2022, and all interactive EFI calculators, CAN-bus decoders, and sensor datasheets on this portal are provided 100% free of charge.

1. Cessation of Direct Storefront Sales on hvelectronics.co.nz

During the 2018–2022 commercial operating period of the former Shopify storefront on hvelectronics.co.nz, physical hardware returns and warranty claims were governed by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Following the closure of the legacy e-commerce checkout and the dissolution of the former corporate entity in November 2021, this domain no longer sells physical goods or collects payments.

2. Active Warranty & Retail Support for New Purchases

If you purchase new physical HV Sensors hardware (MAP sensors, NTC thermistors, HVLC2 Lambda controllers, or EGT CAN modules) in New Zealand through the active retail distributor—DTech Motorsport (Tauranga)—all commercial invoicing, Consumer Guarantees Act remedies, and hardware return authorizations are handled directly by the selling retailer.

3. Free Access to Digital Calibration Archives

Every digital resource hosted on hvelectronics.co.nz—including CSV calibration downloads, JSON telemetry feeds, and interactive workbench calculators—is provided free of charge with no subscription or license fee.

Archive Reference Scope, Open Datasets & NZ Motorsport Provenance

The HV Electronics NZ technical portal (hvelectronics.co.nz) preserves the engineering datasheets, linear 0–5V transfer functions, Steinhart-Hart NTC thermistor curves, 1.0 Mbps CAN-Bus Big-Endian payload layouts, and historical 2018–2022 NZD reference pricing from the original New Zealand motorsport electronics catalog. All interactive calculators—including the 4-Mode Motorsport EFI Workbench, the 6-Circuit New Zealand Track Air Density (RAD %) board, and the Web Crypto SHA-256 telemetry integrity verifier—are provided free of charge for race engineers, ECU tuners, and motorsport wiring harness builders across Auckland, Waikato, Manawatū, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland.

Statutory & Commercial Notice: This independent technical archive is not affiliated with the dissolved corporate entity HV Electronics Limited (NZBN 9429047314900, removed from the New Zealand Companies Register in November 2021), nor does it act as an authorised commercial dealer for Emtron Australia Pty Ltd. For new physical retail orders of the HV Sensors hardware product line in New Zealand, please contact DTech Motorsport (Tauranga, NZ) ↗.
